Due to a recent error message when filing an Irregular Operations report (IOR) while using your Link. Flight Attendants should use the following work-around while this issue is being resolved:
Open a browser on your Link, then type: asap.ual.com and click on the New IOR Report button.
Flight Attendants should file an IOR report anytime there is an unusual event or incident in the cabin.
Always
be sure to indicate that you want a copy sent to AFA.
Questions or concerns regarding IOR reporting or an out of the ordinary event should be directed to your Local Council Safety, Health and Security Committee.
