Management reports there is an issue with the Employee Travel system which is causing incorrect pricing of itineraries which are being booked for travel taking place in 2020. This issue impacts all space available pass travel booked via eRes and the United app.
While the problem is actively being worked, it is recommended that you not book any space available travel for 2020 until further notice. This will save you the frustration that comes with being charged incorrectly when travel actually occurs. Once the issue is resolved, management will let us know when we can resume booking 2020 travel.
