AFA, in partnership with Flight Operations, and Corporate Safety have collaborated in order to implement Rapid COVID-19 testing for crewmembers in order to return to flying to certain international destinations.

AFA, in partnership with Flight Operations, and Corporate Safety have collaborated in order to implement Rapid COVID-19 testing for crewmembers in order to return to flying to certain international destinations. While currently used prior to departure of flights to PPT from SFO, it is expected that testing may soon be expanded prior to departure of flights to other international destinations from other stations on the system.
To help expedite the testing process for crewmembers working trips to these destinations, United has partnered with local healthcare facilities (GoHealth in SFO and Premise Health in EWR, IAH, LAX and ORD) and will pre-register you for these tests in the event the become required. In anticipation of these tests being required for the destination of the flight, United will provide your name, date of birth, home address, phone number and email address to the medical provider.
