JUN 21 - we encourage Flight Attendants to save or print (using the pdf function) their filed reports for future reference. Use a personal data storage location such a thumb drive or personal computer to access these reports at a future date.
In United’s ongoing effort to manage the storage of data, with the exception of those reports that must be retained per the FAA guidance, storage of all individual Flight Attendant reports will change as of July 1, 2022. ISAP reports will be accessible the later of 90 days after submission or 30 days post report closure while IOR and FAFR reports will continue to be accessible for 3 years.
Report narratives used for event tracking and trending will be deidentified and ultimately housed in an alternate data storage location. Reporters will not be identified. For these reasons, we encourage Flight Attendants to save or print (using the pdf function) their filed reports for future reference. Use a personal data storage location such a thumb drive or personal computer to access these reports at a future date.
