MAY 04 - Starting June 1, 2023, the United Master Executive Council has authorized the customization of the official color of the AFA pin to the color red as a sign of Solidarity among the Membership in support of negotiating an agreement that recognizes the Flight Attendants’ integral role in the success of United Airlines.

Starting June 1, 2023, the United Master Executive Council has authorized the customization of the official color of the AFA pin to the color red as a sign of Solidarity among the Membership in support of negotiating an agreement that recognizes the Flight Attendants’ integral role in the success of United Airlines.

Over the last 18 months, our Union leadership has recognized that management is committed to concessions rather than discussing the Flight Attendant Collective Bargaining Agreement terms and conditions associated with a world-class, global airline. Our Flight Attendants deserve so much more than the status quo and have earned more than an industry-standard Contract.

In our Resolution today, we reaffirm our commitment to achieving the priorities and goals identified by our Flight Attendants who stand in Solidarity, speak with one voice, and demand the attention of management in understanding “my Negotiating Committee speaks for me”.
