Telecommunication Issue
We have become aware there is an issue, specific to T-Mobile service, that when contacting the company via Unitel, the T-mobile user is unable to hear the company representative on the Unitel System. For those T-Mobile users who might be on Reserve, please be mindful of this should you receive a call from the company.
T-Mobile is aware of this issue and is working to resolve it.
As of 4:00PM today, we have an update that indicates this may now include those with Sprint service as a result of the Sprint/T-Mobile merger.
We will provide updates as additional information becomes available.
