Updating your Phone Contact in CCS

Flight Attendants have the ability to update or change their phone number contact information in CCS. Keeping your information up to date prevents any potential missed trips (MT) due to an out of date number and allows fellow coworkers a way to contact you about trip trades or current pairings you may have advertised in the marketplace. 

To update or change your contact number select the “My Information” area associated with your name in the upper right-hand corner of the home screen. 

Once redirected to the “My Info” screen click on the “Edit Phone Numbers” icon. Input your updated phone contact information in the order you wish to be contacted. You can enter up to three (3) phone numbers. You also have the ability to designate if the phone number is “Cell, Home or other”.   When editing these numbers, pay particular attention to NOT enter your area code in the country code field on the screen.  Only use the country code when it applies.  That is, for numbers in international locations.  You will know you’ve correctly updated these fields when you see your telephone number listed under your name.
