As those of us who have been away from work begin our return to flying, it is understandable that this change is creating some confusion as well as the process to access and update your company email using the new program.
The company is requiring the use of two-factor authentication, which on your link is provided by the “Duo” app.
United has pushed this to our devices and it should be one of the options you are offered to authenticate.
